Strategic Plan

Our strategic plan sets out the way we deliver on our goals and the goals of our schools. At the heart of it is our commitment to support, challenge and collaborate.

The plan sets out our strategic priorities

These include the requirement that all our schools should:

  • Aim to be rated outstanding by Ofsted
  • Strive to achieve above-average progress scores
  • Deliver educational excellence in a safe, creative, vibrant and ethical environment
  • Retain a distinct identity

Our strategic priorities also include a commitment to:

  • Seamless progression for students across all key stages
  • The Trust adding value to member schools
  • The Trust having a clear and sustainable long-term strategy at all times.

The strategic priorities ensure that we do all we can to develop responsible, capable and confident young people who are active citizens of the 21st century.

These priorities allow the creation of a structure that enables schools to provide a balanced and motivating curriculum enriched by a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities.

They support the Trust’s efforts to be recognised by our staff, parents and local communities as a provider of broad educational excellence in an inclusive, nurturing and stimulating environment.

The strategic priorities are designed to reflect the fact that the Trust is a group of different types of schools for young people at different stages of their development.

They should also reflect the fact that all our schools are linked by a common purpose and direction.
