Faringdon Junior School Head is August winner in Boxes for Bravery Award

Sharon Farrell, Headteacher at Faringdon Junior School has been announced as a winner in the Boxes for Bravery Awards.  Sharon was nominated by Rosanna Porter, a Year 6 Teacher, who said that “Over lockdown, Sharon went above and beyond to make sure her school stayed open, safe and secure for children of key workers and to ensure that vulnerable children were safe”, she went on to say that “Sharon worked night and day to keep home learning running smoothly”.
