Malcolm is a Professor of radiation medicine and has worked in the health service for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in medical science and has worked with UKHSA on the development of the UK mobile testing facilities during the COVID pandemic. He currently is a reservist with a responsibility for technology and CBRN.
Malcolm’s previously has had a lot of experience in managing very complex organisations including the UK health services, INTERPOL and the IAEA and is still retained as an expert advisor to the UN. Qualified as a chartered manager specialising in health.
Malcolm is very passionate about education as a driver for humanity especially to bring opportunity to all willing and driven to learn. He has experience on various health and educational boards, usually as a specialist advisor.
