I’m delighted to serve as a trustee of the FLT, having been appointed to this role by the Diocese of Oxford.

My recent experience has been in primary education, having served as a governor in two village primary schools for the last 12 years: Blewbury Endowed Church of England Primary School and Hagbourne Church of England Primary School. The focus of my work in these schools has been: the pastoral care of staff; the progress and well-being of pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds; and the financial management of schools at a strategic level.

I am a parish priest and am currently Rector of the Churn Benefice and Area Dean of the Vale of White Horse. In my role as Area Dean, I support the work of clergy and parishes across the Vale of the White Horse as we work together to serve our local communities.

I was ordained in 2004, and before that worked as a lawyer in London, where I also taught law. As a lawyer, I mainly focused on property, trust and company law.
