7 min awareness briefing – Resolve

A brief overview of the OCC resolve complaints process.

7 minute briefings are a tool that can be used to support learning and development within team meetings, supervision or electronically. Briefings can be based upon learning reviews or subject areas that provide 7 pieces of information about the topic.

The joining link will be available 15 minutes prior to the start time, to allow all participants to be admitted.
