ECT Network

I am setting up an ECT network within the Trust and hope that you are able to join me on Wednesday 19^th April at 1.30 at Folly View Primary School.

Given the comprehensive nature of the ECT programme, the intention is NOT to add to workload!  Instead, the idea is to make connections and to provide a forum for mutual support, where we can share our experiences and identify any areas which we might like to explore further.  

I realise that this is coming particularly late for those in their second year but it would be great if everyone could attend.  Whilst many will already feel supported and settled, particularly those with in-school colleagues at the same stage, I hope that together we can make this of benefit to current ECTs and to any who might join the Trust in September.  

This first meeting has been scheduled in school time to lessen overload; my hope is that everyone is able to make it.  Do get in touch in the meantime with any suggestions/thoughts/requests etc.

I’m looking forward to meeting everyone on the 19^th April – which happens to be my birthday so I’m pretty certain that there will be cake!
