Penalty notice training

To equip schools with the knowledge and confidence in the event where it is necessary to issue/request a penalty notice

A training session for attendees to feel confident in requesting/issuing Penalty Notice warnings within the guidance provided and be able to ensure they will be issued under the correct circumstances.

This training will also cover key questions such as:

• When can PN warnings be issued
• When not to issue PN warnings
• When can PN warnings be withdrawn
• Process of Monitoring PN warnings

For delegates to be more informed of the penalty notice process, including when it’s appropriate do request/issue these in line with current guidance
