Trust Facilities and Compliance Lead

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year*

NJC Grade 10 £33,820 – £36,298 per annum

Faringdon Learning Trust are seeking to appoint a Facilities and Compliance Lead to join our established central Trust Team. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Facilities, Health and Safety across the Trust and its Schools.

Ideally educated to degree level or with a relevant qualification /chartered membership, we are looking for a candidate who has:

 

  • Demonstratable experience within facilities management across multiple sites;
  • Excellent understanding of Health and Safety principles with previous responsibility for ensuring H&S business compliance;
  • Contracts management experience with prior involvement of both the strategic tender process ensuring best for value for money, as well as operational delivery and quality of provision;
  • A background or willingness to undertake and advise on effective procurement processes;
  • An aptitude for managing professional contractor services and stakeholder relationships; and
  • A vision and commitment to developing an organisational culture in which health and safety is prioritised and informs strategy, planning and decision making
