We are delighted to announce that three key leadership appointments have been made to prepare for the opening of the Faringdon primary schools. These roles will all commence from 1st September 2022.
Sharon Farrell (currently co-Headteacher at Faringdon Junior School) has been appointed to the role of Executive Headteacher. In preparation for this role Sharon will start working with both schools as they continue to plan the move to providing primary education.
Bryn Jones (currently Acting Headteacher at Faringdon Infants School) has been appointed to the role of Head of School at Folly View Primary School
Charlotte Mitchell (currently Deputy Headteacher at Faringdon Junior School) has been appointed to the role of Head of School at The Elms Primary School
An Executive Headteacher has overall responsibility for both schools and the Head of Schools, are the operational leaders for the day to day running of the school.
