How do I challenge and support everyone in class?

• Vocabulary: using higher-level and subject-specialist vocabulary.

Staff from across the Trust are welcome to attend our CPD sessions. Our vision is for our sessions to be attended by a cross-section of Trust staff, not just FCC teachers, including support staff. We believe that everyone has something valuable to learn and / or contribute. The structure is partly leader-centred and partly discussion. 

The sessions are held almost every Monday at 3.30. Any staff visiting the school should sign in at reception, bringing their work photo ID, from where they will be given directions.
