Vision and ethos

We are a multi-academy trust consisting of eight schools with common values and goals. Our schools work together so that all our students have the best chance of developing into responsible, capable and confident citizens of the 21st century. We aim to send our young people out into the world with an appreciation of how it works and the tools and motivation to make it better, in whatever way they choose.

Throughout the trust we blend the traditional and the progressive to allow our students to achieve and develop. By supporting and challenging, we ensure that they have the best opportunities to grow up secure, content and successful. Potential comes in many different forms. We aim to allow young people to realise theirs.

Our focus is to be recognised by parents, staff and local communities as a provider of educational excellence in a safe, creative and ethical environment. We encourage ambition and celebrate success, but we do so in an inclusive environment where kindness, tolerance and respect are fundamental.

Our schools are all strong. By working together, we are stronger. Our young people are all unique. By working together, we allow them to flourish.

We have three key principles that underpin our values:

• Learners first – keeping a focus on our core purpose of achieving the best outcomes for our pupils
• Nurture and develop our people – making sure we can recruit, develop and retain staff who make a difference to the lives of our children and young people
• Strengthen and grow – driving ourselves to improve through self-evaluation and learning from others, both inside and outside the trust.
